Do you know which tool can collect Measurement Report without Drive Test at field?

Hello, Unicef.
Please use different tools according to different vendors' chips. Huawei chips can use SPARK, HIDS, HISTUDIO tools. Qualcomm chips can use QXDM tools.

Hello,
As I know, there is no tool that can collect the measurement report without a driving test in the field. As an example for the indoor coverage and the indoor hand over you need drive test.

Yes, sure for indoor we need to walk test but outdoor I think Huawei had tools
