I want to know exactly for example:  if the access point transmitting 15 dBm on both band what will be value in milliwatt. Currently interesting for models AP6050DN and AP4050HD. 
If there is exist could you please provide table of Transmit power values (dBm to milliwatt)

The maximum transmit power of 2.4 GHz channel is 20 dbm. The maximum transmit power of 5 GHz channel is determined by different channels.
And different country has itself transmit power, you may refer to below document

dBm=10lg(millwatt).
