Restore CPE eA660 to factory settings

Customer forgot the password for loging in to the CPE, he has changed the default password.

You need a cable with USB port on both sides, to connect the computer to the CPE through this cable.

First you need to install the USB driver , WinDriver 5.05.03.00.rar.

Double click the DriverSetup.exe. When the followingwindow appears, the Driver was installed successfully.

You can find the PC UI interface in windows device management/portas following(com5), in your case could be another COM port number.

Prepare putty orIPOP, set the speed as “115200”, other parameter use the defaultvalue.

Open the Putty orIPOP, select the port number (COM5) and connect to the CPE.

At the same time, use the networkcable to connect the PC to the CPE.

Input the ATcommand to unlock the CPE and then restore to factory settings:

at^PCPORT="Zwylcs$0",1

at^rstcfg

Then you can connect using the default username and password and then you a prompted to change the default password.
