Restore backup of configuration file

Good afternoon people,


I have a question, I backed up the configuration file of my S5720 switch about two months ago, it had a problem and I am replacing the switch with another one of the same model, and would like to recover the configuration file (vrpcfg. zip) for the new switch, did not want to make the settings all at hand, how to proceed?

With CLI-Based Configuration, you can restore a configuration file using FTP, TFTP, FTPS, SFTP, or SCP. You can check the following documentation for all the operations related with File Management

And check Restoring the Configuration File under "Managing Configuration File" section:
