The topic describes how to restart the SBC service.

To restart the SE1000 service, perform the following steps:

Use an SSH tool to log in to the device.
Run the killall -9 app command to restart the SBC process.
If the fault persists after you restart the process, choose Maintenance > System Reboot on the web management page to restart the device.
