The post describes how to restart the VCN500 server.

Description

How can I restart the VCN500 server?

Solution:

NOTICE:

Restarting the server will cause a temporary disconnection of all devices mounted to the server and a temporary failure to view live video on the eSpace IVS C/S client.

Log in to the OMU portal of the server.
Choose System Management > Business operation and management.
Click Restart Current Server.
In the confirm dialog box that is displayed, click OK.
