Issue Description

User unable to have backup MCU when all MCU resources in same service area are insufficient

Alarm Information

Handling Process

-Check whether backup pool is configured in SMC2.0

-Ensure priority of backup pool is correct during the configuration

Root Cause

it may due to lack of understanding on the redundancy process of the service area

Suggestions

Check the service area backup configuration from the documentation
