@SCRH_AUH hello,

If you can login the switch through SSH/telnet or Console port, you can reset the password in the CLI interface.

You can follow the picture below to reset the password in CLI interface.

reset password

After these steps, the password for user admin will be reset to huawei@123, and you can replace the password with your own one.

Hello,

You can delete the current and historical user configurations and restore the factory settings of APs.

When the configuration on an AP is incorrect or deleted, you can restore the factory settings of the AP.

Restoring the factory settings of an AP will reset the AP and restore all the AP configurations to factory settings.

When an upstream device is connected to a central AP or an AP with two network ports through an Eth-Trunk, you need to enable one member interface of the Eth-Trunk and disable other member interfaces before restoring the factory settings of the AP by holding down Default, running the reset factory-configuration command in the AP's user view, or running the ap manufacturer-config command in the AC's WLAN view. Otherwise, loops and MAC address flapping occur, and the network connection fails.

Procedure

  1. Run:

    system-view

    The system view is displayed.

  2. Run:

    wlan

    The WLAN view is displayed.

  3. Run:

    ap manufacturer-config { ap-name ap-name | ap-mac ap-mac | ap-id ap-id }

    The factory settings of the specified AP are restored.

Thanks
