Hi, community

I have a question about reset TE10.

In the TE10 document, it say

  • To original version(push for 10s when TE10 is powering on)

  • To factory settings(push for 10s when TE10 is running)

What is the difference between them?

Thanks for your help first!

Hi, guys

Welcome to our community!

In the following contents, I'll explain to you their difference.

  • To original version(push for 10s when TE10 is powering on)

  • To factory settings(push for 10s when TE10 is running)

The former is to restore the system version to the factory settings and retain the current configuration.

In the latter mode, the configuration is restored to the factory settings and the system version remains unchanged.

You can decide whether to restore the configuration or the version according to the actual situation.

Hello,

1. Runing The Enpoint

2. Use the tip of a pen (or similar) to press and hold the RESET button in the pinhole for 10s when your endpoint is running to reset it to factory settings.
