The following has been locked out: IVS OMU portal

  1. User account/password

  2. Client IP

Welcome to our community!

After a password is locked, you can reset the password to unlock the password. The procedure is as follows:

  1. Log in to the server as root user.

  2. Run the su postgres -c "/home/postgres/bin/psql -p 6000 -d omu -c \"update tbl_omu_user_info set passwd='f0923a2988ada0d95570a304ef15671ce8df23683c83e1c5c98db502fc9fccf3', salt='', first_flg=1 where user_name='Admin';\"" command to reset the password of the OMU portal administrator.

Use a remote connection tool, such as PuTTY, Xshell, and secureCRT, to log in to the server in SSH mode.

Log in to the server as root user.

Enter the user password as prompted and press Enter.


2.Run the su postgres -c "/home/postgres/bin/psql -p 6000 -d omu -c \"update tbl_omu_user_info set passwd='f0923a2988ada0d95570a304ef15671ce8df23683c83e1c5c98db502fc9fccf3', salt='', first_flg=1 where user_name='Admin';\"" command to reset the password of the OMU portal administrator.

    Username: root

    Default password: Change_Me  

  2. Run the su postgres -c "/home/postgres/bin/psql -p 6000 -d omu -c \"update tbl_omu_user_info set passwd='f0923a2988ada0d95570a304ef15671ce8df23683c83e1c5c98db502fc9fccf3', salt='', first_flg=1 where user_name='Admin';\"" command to reset the password of the OMU portal administrator.

After the password of the back-end admin user is reset, the password of the front-end admin user is restored to the default value.
