We have a NCE, Network Cloud Engine, but forgot the admin password. 

How do I reset it?

The password of the admin user cannot be reset. If the password of the admin user is forgotten, the password cannot be retrieved. The system must be reinstalled. Therefore, the admin user must remember the password.
