required troubleshooting when The MU Is in Offline State After the RAID Group Is Recreated

268 0 0 0 0

Possible Cause

Too much data was stored in original disks in the RAID group, so it takes a long period of time (exceeding the OMU process keepalive duration) to recreate the RAID group.

Solution

1. Log in to the OMU portal of the server.
2. Choose Local Configuration > Local Disk and recreate the RAID group.
3. After the RAID group is recreated, choose System Management > Business operation and management and check the MU module status.

  • If the MU is in normal state, the fault is rectified.
  • If the MU is in offline state, go to the next step.
4. Manually restart the MU and go to the next step.
5. Check whether the fault is rectified.
