Symptom
After a camera is dragged to an idle video pane, live video fails to be played on the video wall. An error message is displayed, indicating that no playable video pane is found, and asking you to close some camera sequencing video panes and then retry.
Possible Cause
This may be caused by the server reinstallation. Or cameras may have been deleted from the camera sequencing resources. As a result, the local camera sequencing parameters become junk data, and an exception occurs during service recovery.
Solution
1. Method 1: Restart the IVS C/S client.2. Method 2: Use a new camera sequencing task to overwrite all the video panes and stop playing all video on the video wall to resume all the video panes to the idle state.
