Symptom
After a PTZ box camera is added on a C/S client, the PTZ fails to control the camera.
Possible Cause
Type of the camera is not set to the type of the camera (PTZ box camera).
Solution
1. Log in to the IVS C/S client and access the Devices > Local Domain tab page.2. In the device list, double-click the camera. The Configuration window is displayed.
3. Choose Video Settings > Camera Settings.
4. Set Type to PTZ box camera, and click OK.
5. Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
