Symptom
During live video viewing on a camera that accesses the IVS through GB/T 28181, an error is reported. In addition, error code 169100054 is displayed on the C/S client of the IVS.
Possible Cause
The video encoding format of the camera is H.265. When the camera accesses the IVS through GB/T 28181, the IVS does not support the H.265 encoding format. As a result, an error is reported during live video viewing.
Solution
1. Log in to the C/S client as the admin user and double-click Devices.2. Right-click the camera where an error is reported during live video viewing in the device list and choose Edit.
3. On the Configuration page, choose Video Settings > Video Encoding Settings.
4. Set Encoding format to H.264, as shown in Figure 1.

5. Check whether the fault is rectified.
