Request "Learn ON " program for UAE

Hello Friends, 


I am from United Arab Emirates, and UAE is not on " Learn ON " program currently and i want to get HCIA Cloud Service training and exam voucher. I have couple of queries


1. Will I get credit for practicing in HCIA Cloud platform? How long can I use the HCIA Cloud Platform?

2. Will I get exam vouchers to complete the live exam if I completed and perform MOC exam after my training?


Kindly advise. Thank you.
