Hi All,

We are facing issues regarding the monitoring of our installation. We have a cascaded system with three SUN2000-5-KTL-L1 inverters and LUNA2000-15-S0 batteries using a Smart Dongle 4G. The solar installation has been done and seems to work correctly. Nevertheless, the monitoring overview page shows no energy flow at some points in the day (See the attached screenshot). On the other side, when we look at the statistical part of the data, the data shows that the system works as the graphical display of the data reflects the house's electrical consumption and the self-consumption generated from PV modules.

Do you believe you can help?

Is it something relating to the parameters we have set?

Could it be related to the communication between the devices?

Hello, friend.

It is recommended that you check the following:

Are all your devices online? Are the cables properly connected? Check whether the longitude, latitude, and time zone are correctly set. Check whether the string capacity and electricity price are correctly set.

Refer to the Structure Specifications section of the DTSU666-H 100 A and 250 A Smart Power Sensor User Manual.

For details, see Installing the DDSU666-H Cable in the DDSU666-H Smart Power Sensor User Manual.

helle you can try this
You can log in to the WebUI, choose System > Data Amendment > Data Recovery, and select the plant or device to perform data recovery at the time when the problem occurs.

The 4G signal may also be poor at the plant site. You can change the 4G setting to 2G in the communication parameters.

1. Log in to the inverter through the app and touch Settings.

2. Click Communication Configuration.

3. Click 4G/GPRS.

4. Select 2G only.
