Issue Description
Customer found that the replication link down alarm is reported on the Device Manager.
Handling Process
1) From the event logs, we can see all 4 replication link are down and recoveredin less than 1 hour time.

2) As checked the logs, all 4 link are ready now.
3) As checked the message logs of PJTBSEOS5600, can see the storage unable toping the remote device IP. When the ping test sent, there is no respond from HYDBSEOS5600.
4) As checked the message logs of HYDBSEOS5600, can see the storage unable toping the remote device IP. When the ping test sent, there is no respond from PJTBSEOS5600.
Root Cause
Both DC & DR storage cannot communicate with each other and there is no respond for the ping hence the remote device set as faulty. Required to involve customer's network team to further analysis the abnormal network connection.
Solution
Please involve network vendor/team to further analysis why the ping request was not acknowledged from DR storage and no respond from DR storage which cause these DC storage and DR storage unable to communicate with each other.
