This is a release notice for the Huawei Certification HCIA - IoT V2.0 (English Version).

The Huawei Certified ICT Associate-Internet of Things (HCIA-IoT) V2.0 is scheduled for worldwide official release on Nov 6, 2019.

Overview

Huawei Certification is an integral part of the company's "Platform + AI + Ecosystem" strategy, and it supports the ICT infrastructure featuring "Cloud-Pipe-Device". It evolves to reflect the latest trends of ICT development. Huawei Certification consists of three categories: ICT Infrastructure Certification, Platform and Service Certification, and ICT Vertical Certification, making it the most extensive technical certification program in the industry.

Huawei offers three levels of certification: Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA), Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP), and Huawei Certified ICT Expert (HCIE).

With its leading talent development system and certification standards, Huawei is committed to developing ICT professionals in the digital era, building a healthy ICT talent ecosystem.

HCIA-IoT V2.0 certification aims to enable IoT professionals with basic knowledge and skills in IoT field and train engineers who have the ability to carry out secondary development of Huawei OceanConnect IoT Platform and development of smart devices based on Huawei LiteOS.

Passing the HCIA-IoT V2.0 certification will indicate that you: 1) have basic knowledge about IoT basis, IoT solution architecture, and principles and technologies of IoT OSs; 2) are capable of development of smart devices based on Huawei LiteOS; 3) have the ability to carry out secondary development of Huawei OceanConnect IoT Platform.

Exam Description

The HCIA-IoT V2.0 certification exam can be taken at Pearson VUE on Nov 6, 2019.Reservation can be made at https://home.pearsonvue.com/huawei with exam code: H12-111.

The HCIA-IoT V1.0 certification exam will become unavailable from May 6, 2020.
