Hi,
Confirm that the broadband network is stable: Disconnect your router, then connect your computer directly to an Internet source using an Ethernet cable.
If you cannot access the Internet even when connected directly without a modem, this indicates a problem with your broadband service. Contact your broadband service provider for assistance.
If your Wi-Fi's signal strength is weak, try moving the router to another location. Minimize obstructions between your router and your computer or other devices. Obstructions such as walls between your router and device can affect Wi-Fi signal quality.
f your Wi-Fi signal is strong but the connection speed is still slow, try connecting to the router's 5G Wi-Fi. There are fewer interference sources on 5G networks. (If your router does not support 5G Wi-Fi, please ignore this FAQ. For some routers that support 5G Wi-Fi and have multiple antennae, the 5G signal may be affected by moving objects.)
If there are multiple Wi-Fi networks in the area, set the router's Wi-Fi channel to Auto. This avoids multiple Wi-Fi signals on the same channel, and reduces Wi-Fi interference sources.
To change the Wi-Fi channel settings:
Log into the router's web-based management page. Go to More Functions > Wi-Fi Settings > Advanced Wi-Fi Settings. Change the channel settings in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or 5GHz Wi-Fi.
If the interference source is strong, modify the Bandwidth to 20 MHz and set the 11n guard interval to Long. (On the web-based management page, click More Functions > Wi-Fi Settings > Advanced Wi-Fi Settings and change the settings in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or 5GHz Wi-Fi.).
Ensure that WPA/WPA2 PSK hybrid is the default Wi-Fi security encryption mode. Manually changing the encryption method may affect Wi-Fi performance.
Hope it will help
