Hello! Huawei Community, 


May I know why my Huawei B315s-938 model is always in red lightning indicating that my sim has NO SERVICE even I put it in a high range of Signal?

Based on the description of your problem, make sure you have a working SIM card and that it is inserted correctly.


In addition, you can move the router to an open space with no obstructions and make sure you have an available mobile network in your area.
