Hi.

I need some advice on how to recover this device.

I can't find the following file(V800R008C10SPC500-NE-X1X2.cc) on the huawei page. https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/routers/ne40e-pid-15837/software

Device: NE40E-X2-M16

) How Can I restore this device?
) What file I need?
) Where Can I get the "File Not found"?
