Recordings fail to be displayed on local player

After downloading the recordings, local players like VLC or some others fail to display the recordings.

Possible reason

Camera has enabled H.265 protocol, while, local player's version is too old to support it.

Solution

Search the latest version of the player on Internet, make sure it supports H.265 protocol, then upgrade the version to the latest one.
