The is the customer requested that the recording video was partially lost.

From the Time：2019.1.1 1:00~4:00.

This recording video cannot be found.

we checked the following

1. We collected the MU logs and checked the video during this time.

2. We check the server's time through the background.

we found that the OMU portal time and server time do not match. Then We modified the time on OMU Portal and saved it. After the time is correct, and all the business is normal.
