capture the wire shark to check packets in the network and make a ping session to check connectrivty between the IPC and the VCN from your PC and you can ping the IPC from the VCN using CLI mode

for PING
it is very hard to ping because the cameras disconnect from VCN Just for 5 sec and that is randomly
so to solve it we use a script to record automatically the ping and error in log file
