We’ve recently experienced several bugs in which the Forum members were able to gather up multiple HiCoins through various methods or they were awarded extra HiCoins wrongfully. As a result, several of them have already made use of our mistake by acquiring very large amounts of HiCoins and redeeming Rewards.
This led to a “background credit change”, in which some of your HiCoins were either automatically deducted from your User Center, either added.
We want to announce you that all these bugs have been fixed by our development team. We also want to use this opportunity to thank all the users who reported the bugs and sincerely apologize to our customers who were affected and who were concerned by these issues.
At Huawei, one of our main missions is to focus on the action of customer centricity, but in this case, we failed to deliver the experience. Through this way, we wish to publicly apologize to the users affected by our mistakes.
To help make it better, we have made sure that all these bugs have been fixed and, through this thread, we’d like to announce the commencement of the “Bug Bounty” award.
Who is a Bug Bounty Hunter?
A Bug Bounty Hunter is the Forum user who has a special eye for noticing any kind of bugs present on the platform.
What are the benefits?
Bug Bounty hunters will receive a meritorious badge and 100 HiCoins for each bug they bring to our attention. The three users which report highly important bugs will be award 100 HiCoins monthly. You’ll also help us build a complete list of all the bugs present in the Forum, thus you’ll contribute to the wellbeing of the community.

*Note: Only the bugs which have been reported by the users for the first time will be taken into consideration
