In this post, I will explain the reason for the error below while exporting the report.

【Problem Description】: Reason for the error while exporting the report.

【Problem Analysis】: Check the network and found a huge packet loss.

【Root Cause】: Due to network packet loss.

【Solution Description】: We confirmed that due to network issue due to packet loss (as customer network start backup process at 4:00 PM) so we suggest to start to export the logs before 4:00 pm.
