Power box flashes - alarm

Diagnostic

When the power supply box is being charged, the alarm indicator blinks red.

Possible root causes

The battery switch is not turned on before the charging.

The power supply box hardware is damaged.

Troubleshooting

1. Check whether the power cable connectors are loose. If they are loose, secure them.

2. Charge the power supply box according to the product documentation. The alarm indicator blinks if the battery switch is not turned on before the charging. The alarm is cleared after the battery switch is turned on.

3. Power cycle the power supply box and check whether the problem reoccurs.

4. Contact the equipment provider for repairs if the R&D engineers confirm that the hardware is faulty.
