yes, the terminal cannot get an address from the IP pool, moreover I did a wireshark capture and I did not get anything !!! in the link below, I didn't understand why the use of IS-IS and BGP routing protocols: https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/doc/EDOC1100147279/d66f6fea/example-for-configuring-a-radius-server-to-assign-ip-addresses-from-an-address-pool-based-on-pppoe

Hi bro, From your feedback, there is no problem with the bra configuration. If the terminal connected to the device cannot obtain the IP address, check the device on the downlink of the device. If no packet is captured by the Wireshark, no packet is obtained. Check whether the sender is faulty. For example, capture packets on the downstream interface of the BRA. If no filtering protocol is available, check whether the DHCP request packets or PADI packets of the downstream device are filtered.

If no filtering protocol is available, check whether the request packets of the downstream device are filtered. In addition, the IS-IS and OSPF protocols are not required in the actual networking. You can use static routes as you like.

bro, Static routes generally exist in small-scale networks. A large-scale network involves a large number of network devices. If static routes are used, configuration risks are increased and maintenance is more difficult. Therefore, dynamic routing protocols are used in many large-scale enterprises. The configuration cases are based on large-scale networks. |
