Hi,
If the conflict rate exceeds the threshold of 60%, the alarm will be reported automatically, but the WLAN service may not be impacted.
You can monitor users' feedback and experience on Internet access. If it is normal, there is no need to pay attention to.

Thanks for your straight forward reply. But how to solve this alarm or disable it incase no impact on the service.. The guide on product manual does not contain much info. Just diaplay ap neighbors command and channel command and it is not logic to apply these commands on each ap. What do you suggest sir? If there. Is command to disable the generation of it it will be great or any config adjustment to solve it will be appreciated..

If you can confirm that services are not affected, run the info-center filter-id command to mask this alarm.

Hi user_3896063,

You can run the display ap neighbor command to view the neighboring radio and check whether there are APs using the same or neighboring radio. If so, run the channel command to reconfigure a channel or power for this radio to avoid signal interference.

Check whether there are devices that interfere with the radio signal or make noises. If so, remove these devices

I hope it helps!
