Hi,

Actually, your scenario is quite a normal application of the campus network. The figure below could be an example.

But there are some points that I would suggest to you,

S2309 holds only 9 interfaces, except one for the upstream, all the 8 interfaces will be used to connect the wi-fi devices. In the figure below, I draw only six APs, you can add the extra APs to the department based on the actual situation.
Besides the common configuration, there are other configuration items that should be added. For example, NAT, DHCP snooping, WLAN, and so on.
