Dear friend!
It is possible that other fiber patch cords are affected when you clear the previous alarm. Please check the port on the S216 board that reports the alarm and the optical fiber that receives signals.
There are two possibilities:
1. The optical fiber is damaged or the connector is loose.
Remove and insert the optical fiber again, or replace the optical fiber.
2. The optical module is loose or faulty.
Remove and reinstall the optical module or replace the optical module.

G220 board is a general service processing board. Each port on the board can be used as a tributary port, a line port (line mode), or a line port (relay mode).
