Quidway S5352C-EI 24 first gigaethernet lost when pinging

I have a 5352C-EI switch, where when connecting a PC and pinging it presents great packet loss, this only happens when connecting the PC in the first 24 interfaces, if I connect the PC in the interface 25, 30 or 48 this does not happen. when you connect to the 1-24 ports, can you check
1、 the ARP and MAC table , wheter is it ok?
2、interface speed and duplex status is ok ?
3、the pinging cammand details, packets size and pps?

hello, when connect any device direct to the ports 1-24 the arp, speed,duplex status is ok but only ping lost, the size used is the 100 bytes

it could be that the first 24 interfaces are related to some component of forwarding in common, and that is why the other interfaces (25-48) do not present this problem I think this because when connecting the same device that is with problem in another

Finally I could not identify what was the inconvenience but the switch was reset and the losses disappeared.
Maybe someone presents a similar problem and this can be useful.
