Quidway S3900 Ping Problem

Hello,
I need help please , I have a switch Huawei Quidway S3900, my problem is the ping that does not pass between the two hosts, I disable both firewall on both hosts, I delete all configurations, both hosts are on the same
Subnet and on the same VLAN1 ,Thanks.

IP 1:192.168.1.16
IP 2:192.168.1.1

without  switch 3900

ping 192.168.1.1
PING 192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 192.168.1.1: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=1.00 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.1.1: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.593 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.1.1: icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=0.586 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.1.1: icmp_seq=4 ttl=64 time=0.551 ms

with Switch

ping 192.168.1.1
PING 192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
From 192.168.1.16 icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable
From 192.168.1.16 icmp_seq=2 Destination Host Unreachable
From 192.168.1.16 icmp_seq=3 Destination Host Unreachable
From 192.168.1.16 icmp_seq=4 Destination Host Unreachable

but when without switch,this is the host ping itself,it can't explain it is the problem of the switch,i think :)

maybe the problem is in the host, “arp -a” can you see the ip of another host in the arp table
