Question on upgrading s5700-52-pwr-li-ac

Hello,

we purchased this switch 2 years ago and since then we havent done any software upgrade.

the current software we have installed ( s5700li-v200r001c00spc300 ) as i came to understand cant do any static routing.

What i would like to know is which software version should i use and which file of the version should i download because there are several and i am confused.
