Question on Captive Portal

Dear all:

I have a question:

when make a captive portal , i configured an interface loopback and an port 2000 ( SSL Policy por default).

To start this link:

https://1.1.1.1:2000/auth_success.html

Only ingress with this link has been success to access to Internet , however to ingress to www.google.com not ingress to internet.

Can you please tell me some solution?
