What is the command to query the optical power input to the upstream transceiver module port?

You can run the display port ddm-info(ethernet) command to view the information.

Command Format:display port ddm-info portid [remote]

For Example:
To query the diagnostic information of the optical module on ETH port 0/2/0, do as follows:

You can enter the board configuration mode and then query port 0, as shown in the screenshot I gave you.
huawei(config)#interface eth 0/2
