- Increasing link bandwidth
- Using high-performance devices
- Using proper queue scheduling and congestion avoidance mechanisms

beside the above answers, I suggest you to put a policy for QoS in your company you may deal with all parties on the priority of each kind of traffic and then ensure that all network nodes are configured with the same priority for each traffic type to have a End to end QoS.

you may also ask for a links motioning system so you can monitor the links utilization and made the necessary expansions just in time.
