Good day.

I need help in setting up qinq.

olt: MA5683

user vlan: 995

I want to pack cvlans 1001 to 1200 into svlan 995 so each onu has its own cvlan.

What do I need to change or add to do this?

Here is part of my current config without qinq:


 ont-srvprofile gpon profile-id 100 profile-name "adaptive"

  ont-port eth adaptive 

  commit


 ont-lineprofile gpon profile-id 27 profile-name "ONU_UNTAG"

  tcont 4 dba-profile-id 12

  gem add 1 eth tcont 4

  gem mapping 1 1 vlan 995

QinQ Configuration


Basically, you need to perform the following operations:

1 - Enabel QinQ in S-VLAN

vlan 995 smart

port vlan 995 0/9 0
vlan attrib 995 q-in-q


2-  Enable QinQ on service-profile and service-port. The configuration in this step is to be according to the desired scenario. Please validate the options given in the link above.




In some scenario you may need to activate the commands below for ONT to transparently transmit third-party protocols, example:


2. how to enable VTP and CDP to pass:

HUAWEI(config)# vlan service-profile profile-id 11 profile-name "srvprof-11"

HUAWEI(config-vlan-srvprof-11)# bpdu tunnel enable

HUAWEI(config-vlan-srvprof-11)# vtp-cdp tunnel enable

HUAWEI(config-vlan-srvprof-11)# commit

HUAWEI(config-vlan-srvprof-11)# quit

HUAWEI(config)# multicast-unknown policy service-port 0 transparent

HUAWEI(config)# multicast-unknown policy service-port 1 transparent

but how should it be in service-port?

You can do it:

service-port vlan 100 gpon 0/1/2 ont 3 gemport 0 multi-service user-vlan 100 tag-transform transparent
