Q2 Pro - SIP ALG function not found

I've bought a Q2 Pro router for my home office. Data speed is great, but there is no SIP ALG function in the settings. Voice call quality is often poor due to interference. I need to disable the SIP ALG but I can't do that on this router. Is there any way to disable it, or any alternative?
