I will share with you why you save the configuration of device failed on U2000.
When you want to save the configuration of device on U2000, you need to add the device first, and then perform save operation.
The principle of U2000 save configuration of device is that U2000 telnet/stelnet to device without inputing any username or password, and then deploy the save command to device.
So we need to make sure that the U2000 can auto telnet or stelnet to devcie.
How to do that?
Please follow me doing those below steps:
Step 1. Setting the stelnet template parameters on NMS;

Step 2. Setting the stelnet parameters on NMS;

In this page, you can select one or more devices on the left, and then click the right arrow, the selected device will appear on the right. And then import the stelnet template according to the reminder. Finish that, you need to test and make sure the stelent parameters are correct.
