[Q&A]Why the topology links disappear on U2000 main topology?

Hello all,

Iusse description: sometime, when we login the U2000, and check the Main topology, and can't see any topology links on the Main topology.

Iusse solution:

Following those below steps, select all the types of links, and then all the links will appear.

Does anyone know the reason? Thanks!

After the NE parameters are configured, the SNMPv3 protocol is configured and the username and password are empty.
It is confirmed that the customer does not make specific requirements for the connection agreement between the network management and the network element. After the first-line modification protocol is introduced to SNMPV2, the connection is established successfully.
Confirm with the R&D, if you want to use the SNMPV3 protocol, you need to configure the username and password.
