•Confirm the Problem

1. input cmd on OLT：

display ont version frameid { slotid { portid { ontid | all } | all } | all }

2. check prompt

ONT process failed

•Collect OMCI Message

we can get message from fault info as well

omcicmd show log (show configuration messages on OMCI modules)

omcicmd error log (show error records on OMCI module)
