Q&A: What are the Differences between DELT and SELT?

Latest reply: Jul 26, 2018 10:28:14 754 1 2 0 0
A: Delt (Dual ended loop Test) is to test the line with the modem connected. Delt must be performed according to the related standard. Selt is to test the line with the modem disconnected. Selt is not mandatory in the related standard. Delt is to test the line situation, usually to analyze the reason why the required rate cannot be achieved.

nice observation btw DELT and SELT
