[Issue description]
There is an error when restart the AR router, the error likes below:
Press Ctrl+B to break auto startup ... 1
Enter auto startup
Now boot from sd1:/AR2220-V200R005C20SPC200.cc, please wait...
Open file FAIL!
STUP_OSFileCrcCheck Get file tail fail!
Boot file[sd1:/AR2220-V200R005C20SPC200.cc] error or not for this device!
[Issue analysis]
According to the error message, we can know that the software file open failed, and the software is stored in the SD1 card, so we next step need to check the SD1 card.
Reboot the devicem and press Ctrl+B to enter into the Bootup window, and then follow the reminder check list of SD1 card.
Press Ctrl+B to break auto startup ... 1
Enter Password:************
Default Password,Please Set New Password.

        Main Menu
    1. Default Startup
    2. Serial Menu
    3. Network Menu
    4. Startup Select
    5. File Manager
    6. Reboot
    7. Password Manager
Enter your choice(1-7):5
        File Menu
    1. Flash file system
    2. SDCard file system
    3. USB file system
    0. Return
Enter your choice(0-3):2
        SDCard file system MENU
    1. List file in SDCard[1]
    2. Delete file in SDCard[1]
    3. Rename file in SDCard[1]
    4. Format SDCard[1]
    5. Check SDCard[1]
    0. Return
Enter your choice(0-5):1
Files of the device:
0 files found!
2008268800 Byte total, 2008256512 Byte free.
According to the result of checking list file in SDcard, we can see that there is no file.
[Root Cause]
There is no software file in SD card.
[Solution description]
Restarting the AR router through USB.
Download the version software file and then copy to the root directory of USB;
Insert the USB into the device, and then reboot again.

when device reboot, I think it must be software issue or hardware issue.

I am very interested for this sharing , which is very helpful to our daily work. Wow , this sulotion is so amazing , Restarting the AR router through USB.
Download the version software file and then copy to the root directory of USB;
Insert the USB into the device, and then reboot again.

 

i will keep this sulotion in my mind , and using it to solve customer issue .

Move files to the recycle bin.

After files are moved to the recycle bin, they still exist on the switch. You can restore the files in the recycle bin.

  1. Choose Maintenance > System Maintenance > System and click the File Management tab.
  2. Select the file to be deleted.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click OK in the dialog box that is displayed.

You must restart the device to enter the BIOS menu. You can power off and then power on the device to restart the device. Restarting the device interrupts services.
