Which of the following statements about PWE3 are correct?

a. PWE3 also supports parameter negotiation without using signaling protocols. It is a static PW that is set up by manually specifying PW information.

b. Multi-segment PWE3 refers to that multiple PWs exist between PEs at both ends of a PW. In the case of multi-segment PWE3 forwarding, label switching at the PW Label layer needs to be performed on the SPE (Switching PE).

c. PWE3 uses the mapping message sent by the peer to check whether the VC ID, VC-Type, MTU, and whether the control word is enabled are the same on both ends.

d. PWE3 uses Notification signaling to tear down PWs.
