Hello,Dears,

When is PTZ control available on the Live Video Browsing page of the C/S client? How to use it?

SIr：Please confirm that the setting of the PTZ camera is ok.
You can control in the lower left corner of the IVS client ' s live feed page.
Magnifier icon represents focus.
The triangle icon indicates the direction of movement, and the lower bar indicates the rate of movement.
The number represents the  preset.
Flower and mountain represent zoom.

When using the pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) function, the camera must be a dome camera or a box camera with PTZ functions.
The type must be the same as the actual camera type. Otherwise, the PTZ function cannot be used.

1. Log in to the C/S client as the Admin user.
2. On the main page of the C/S client, click Live Video Browsing. The Live Video Browsing page is displayed.
3. Double-click an online camera in the camera list or drag an online camera to the live video pane.

4. Select the live video window of the camera that is being played.

Rotate the PTZ by using the direction control button to adjust the shooting angle of the lens.
Adjust the slider to control the PTZ rotation speed.

Hello, bro! Hoping you are fine. If you want to use the PTZ function, you should confirm the camera is a dome camera or a box camera with PTZ functions first. then you can login the IVS client, choose the PTZ camera and double click it, the live video window of the camera that will be played. Now you can rotate the PTZ by using the direction control button to adjust the shooting angle of the lens and adjust the slider to control the PTZ rotation speed.

hello sir:

you can use the PTZ to control the IPC remotely
and here is the method to found the PTZ setting and use it

1. Log in the C/S client as the Admin account.

2. On the main page of the C/S client, click Live Video Browsing..

3. Double-click an online camera in the camera list or drag an online camera to the live video pane.

4. Select the live video window of the camera that is being played.

use PTZ to contorl the IPC direction

Hello, bro,

wish you can consider my solution.
1. please login the CS client of IVS, then choose device, select the camera you wish to control.
double click the camera, choose PTZ camera.
2. then you can use panel to control the camera in the IVS client.
3. if you still have any issues, you can contact Huawei support.
