Yes, definitely effected. Being in the tech field, definitely work load has increased to come up with solutions for customers working from home.

And performance is affected as well as full-time mom plus full-time workload is very hard to balance.

Strangely, for me my productivity have increased during this period, when i'm talking about productivity, it's precisely, the personal development and during the lockdown, i discovered many opportunities, not only for learning but also for business. so... even if this moment was very difficult, i will never regret

For example, in order to help our community, i participated to many activities about Covid19. During these activities, i was invited to participate in the building of many elearning Platforms for Basic schools. To help student continue learning at home

It has impacted the life both ways, we would be lying to ourselves If we said that it didn't have a negative impact on us, off course it has effected every human being on the planet in a bad way, for some it may have been a job loss, for some it may have been being stuck into some other country, away from home. But it was upto us on how we utilized this time.
It didn't exactly effect our work, because no matter what, world cannot run without IT.
Being stuck in the same walls for several months surely had it's impacts, but I used some of the time to develop new skills, and most of the time to focus more on hobbies, like making Youtube videos, Netflix or playing video games.
All the time that I wasn't able to play games due to the work before, I utilized my free time to level up my skills in video games :D. Thank God I had bought a gaming machine just before the start of this whole situation. This helped me from jumping into depression or subliminal thoughts. .
But good or bad, this was a part of life, hopefully it'll be over soon and we'd be able to go back to normal life and travel again.

Teleworking leads to physical inaction or to a reduction in spontaneous or compulsory movement. We don't leave our homes to go to work. We no longer go upstairs to go to meetings and we no longer visit our colleague or office neighbor. Some compensate for this reduction in physical activity with a frenzy of intellectual work. They remain seated and still find themselves more and more tired. Nothing suprising. Unquestionably a sedentary lifestyle is bad for productivity, for good humor and for health.
