Yes, the figures are the same as the final ended for yesterday (annual, monthly & lifetime), but daily shows 0,00 kWh. Checking ”Realtime data” shows daily production so far at approx 10 kWh. There was a similar issue yesterday and the fugures were not updated until late evening.

Is there Smartlogger3000 in your power station system? If so, you can refer to the following steps for supplementary data collection.

No I don’t have the Smartlogger 3000. Looking in the app now, the homepage shows daily 2,41kWh and in ”Realtime data” page shows daily 24,26kWh.

You need to send the question to the mailbox I gave you, and there will be a photovoltaic engineer to restore the data for you.

I think it is due to server network fluctuations that cause data update delays. It has nothing to do with APP.

Thank you for fast reply! Now I can’t log in at all. Is this also caused by server network fluctuations? It’s a bit annoying when you can’t login and can’t thrust the figures the app shows you when you finally get logged in. I have sent a mail to the mailbox you stated above. |
