Question 1: In step 3 of the Proposal/Agreement mechanism column in the document, it is described that P and A are both set. Why is the A message set? What I understand: SWA (4096) - SWB (32768) SWA - P asserted (I want the outgoing DP port to quickly enter the forwarding state) -> SWB B synchronizes variables. After completion, SWB A is set (you are better than me and can enter the forwarding state). -> Why is SWA set both P and A? What is the purpose of setting A?

Question 2: The captured packets show that after the negotiation between P and A is complete, the root bridge continues to send the A Asset message. Why does A continue to set the A Asset message?

Hi,
This is caused due to the enhanced P/A mechanism.
For the common P/A mechanism, SWA sends the BPDU setting only P bit, but in the enhanced P/A mechanism, both P and A bits will be set for faster convergence.
You can refer to the documentation Fast RSTP and MSTP Convergence.

For the second question, the extra BPDU you observed is the aggrement BPDU sent by the SWB, and that is also caused due to the enhanced P/A mechanism.
